Day 1: Tarangire National Park
You’ll be picked up from your hotel in Moshi or Arusha and driven to Tarangire National Park via Arusha. The journey will take around 4-5 hours, giving you a chance to relax and chat with your Nafika Tours guide. Upon arrival, you’ll spend 4-5 hours exploring the park, famous for its large elephant herds and striking baobab trees. Other wildlife, such as giraffes, antelopes, lions, and cheetahs, may also be spotted, though sightings are not guaranteed. Lunch will be provided during the day. A word of caution, watch out for the mischievous vervet monkeys; they may be cute but are quick to snatch food! After your time in the park, you’ll head to Haven Nature Safari Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Tarangire – Serengeti National Park
Start your day early, around 7:00 am, and head towards Serengeti National Park. Along the way, you’ll pass a traditional Maasai Boma, giving you a glimpse into the Maasai people’s way of life. Arriving in the Serengeti around noon, you’ll spend the afternoon exploring its vast plains, searching for the incredible Great Migration. After the game drive, you’ll head to your tented camp or lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 & 4: Serengeti National Park
For the next two days, you’ll fully immerse yourself in the wonders of Serengeti National Park. Spend your time observing the diverse wildlife, including mammals, birds, and reptiles, all set against the park’s breathtaking landscapes and stunning sunsets. After each exciting day, you’ll return to your camp or lodge for a delicious hot meal and restful night.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater
Start early on your final day with a drive to the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of Africa. The crater is home to over 25,000 animals, including the Big 5 (lions, elephants, rhinos, leopards, and buffalo). It’s estimated that within this small area, there are around 7,000 wildebeest, 4,000 zebras, and many other species, so your camera will be put to good use. The crater, 610 meters deep and 260 square kilometers wide, offers plenty of opportunities to catch glimpses of your favorite wildlife. After lunch, you’ll be driven back to Moshi or Arusha, with a stop at local shops for souvenirs before heading to the airport or your hotel.
